I 0rdered my item 3 days ago ... not yet received and no tracking option !! left wondering and a bit disappointed.
They asked for feedback, but until now, they dont delivery and i didn't have in my hand a eyeshadow stick, Kiko.
Arrived in good time but despite excellent packaging protecting the items. Items already creased and battered when sent (Clearly shop returns). Shame, all seems new, just unable to gift as new, will have to sell on eBay as unsure about returns process.
So sorry this has happened. All the products we sell are brand new.
