pax.works is Amar's people and operations app. Your staff get their tasks, clock in and out, and book holiday — all from their own phone, on any device.
No WhatsApp groups, no paper rota, no "did you do that?"
Each person sees exactly what they need to do today, in order, and ticks it off as they go.
Start and end shifts from the app. Hours are tracked automatically and feed straight into payroll.
Request time off in a tap. The owner approves it, and the rota updates for everyone.
Rotas, tasks, hours and holiday all live together, tied to the work Amar sends through from operations.
Clock-ins become accurate timesheets automatically — no adding up hours at the end of the week.
iPhone, Android, tablet or the back-office screen — pax.works meets your team wherever they are.
“The lads just open the app, see their jobs and clock in. Holiday requests, hours, all of it — I used to do that on paper every single week.”
